Castle Rock Farmers Market

The Castle Rock Farmers Market begins July 13th and runs until October 5th from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm every Saturday.
The market is moving to a NEW LOCATION this year - come visit us at 3rd & Elbert St.

If you are interested in being a vendor we are accepting applications until April 22, 2013.

Native Plant Masters

The Douglas County Native Plant Master (NPM) Program is offering two courses in 2013:

Tuesday, June 4th, Monday, June 10th, and Wednesday, June 12th from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm at Castlewood Canyon State Park
or
Tuesday, July 16th, Saturday, July 20th, and Tuesday, July 23rd at Roxborough State Park

NPM classes are held in the field. Class acticities will include learning to identify native plants using a botanical Key. this isa technical skill and requires basic knowledge of biology/botany or the willingness to learn. For more information click here. For the application to apply click here.
