Responsible for helping to provide leadership and direction to the 4-H program through communication and management, and develop investment plans. As well as help put together county wide events such as putting together contests, conferences, and shows.

Responsible for analyzing data to help identify program needs and then help to develop programming and prepare educational materials that meet those needs.

Responsible for the management, supervision, planning and evaluation of all aspects of the traditional 4-H program thereby working at the enhancement of the programming and volunteer work force that allows the programming to happen. As well as, helps to seek funding to support programming and document and share the results the programming has on the clientele and community through various types of publication.
