Responsible for developing and leading training for EFNEP and SNAP-Ed educators. Develops, updates, and researches curricula used by the programs. Investigates and recommends state office and NPS professional development, Leads program site visits. Ensures EFNEP program compliance. Serves as the Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) and direct quality control of EFNEP through monthly review of procedures for recruitment protocols, procedures for classroom management and safety monitoring.

Responsible for the support of the 4-H youth development and livestock programs; as well as help develop, deliver, and evaluate programming according to county needs and budget. Also, works to supervise employees making sure goals are met.
