Provides technical assistance to a variety of research and clinical service projects, including herd health and disease surveillance, equine medicine and surgery, avain disease surveillance, and emergency response.
Responsible for integrated weed management in horticulture row crops. Provide outreach programming to growers, local, state, and federal land managers in the area of terrestrial and aquatic invasive plant management, and some involvement in minor crop weed management.
Responsible for providing educational programming for the 4-H Youth Development organization; as well as helps to coordinate community development and public affairs. Also, she helps to conduct family and consumer science programming, seek external funding and prepare educational materials in support of all educational programs.
