Adams County 4-H Goat Project
The Colorado 4-H Goat Project teaches youth how to raise and care for goats as they build valuable life skills. Beginners learn about goat nutrition, digestion, anatomy, and disease prevention. Intermediate members explore goat production technology and develop exhibition and communication skills. Advanced participants mentor younger members and explore career opportunities within the industry.
Learning Opportunities
Animal Science Workshops are held periodically at the Fairgrounds.
