Horticulture services
Need help with your landscape, yard, or garden? The Adams and Broomfield County horticulture program serves our communities with more than 120 volunteer Master Gardeners and two Colorado State University Extension offices. We offer a range of services including:
- Plant diagnostics
- HOA support
- Green industry support
- Site visits including Lawn Check, Rose Squad, and Tree Team
- Presentations on horticulture topics
- Information for homeowners or commercial businesses on a wealth of topics
General site visit – $75
Need help with your landscape? Our staff can come out and offer plant ID services, assistance with management plans, and general advice. We cannot do landscape designs or perform any services. Cash or check only.
LawnCheck visit – $75
Turf problems? Our staff can come out for a one-hour consultation to look at your lawn issues. Lawn Check season typically runs during the growing season. Cash or check only.
Tree team visit – $25
Concerned about a tree on your property? Adams County Master Gardeners can come to your yard and provide accurate, research-based suggestions to help your trees grow their very best. During a visit, master gardeners can look at two trees and will not take more than one hour. Cash or check only.
Rose squad
Need help with your rose garden? Looking for tips on how to grow beautiful, healthy roses? Adams County Master Gardeners offer education in the care and culture of roses to home gardeners in our community. We offer home visits and classes.

Q&A booths
Our master gardeners can setup a question and answer booth at your next event. Great for farmers markets! Cost varies. Contact us for more info.
Gardening talk or workshop
