It\u2019s a way for 4-H members to showcase what they\u2019ve learned and accomplished in the realm of shooting sports.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-csu-accordion-item\"><h3 class=\"wp-block-csu-accordion-item__title js-wp-block-csu-accordion\"><button type=\"button\" aria-expanded=\"false\" class=\"wp-block-csu-accordion-item__trigger\" aria-controls=\"8de2748e-bad3-4f56-b91a-402e1ea96b23-accordion\" id=\"8de2748e-bad3-4f56-b91a-402e1ea96b23-accordion-button\">Requirements to participate at County\/State Shootoffs<i class=\"accordion-marker\"><\/i><\/button><\/h3><div id=\"8de2748e-bad3-4f56-b91a-402e1ea96b23-accordion\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"8de2748e-bad3-4f56-b91a-402e1ea96b23-accordion-button\" class=\"wp-block-csu-accordion-item__content\" hidden>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Safety Class Requirements for 4-H Shooting Disciplines<br>Before you can shoot ANY discipline, you must attend a safety class given by a 4-H certified instructor per discipline. A 2025 4-H shooting card will then be provided with the instructor\u2019s signature and date. Then to complete the card you will need at least 5 safe shooting practices with signatures\/dates from a certified 4-H shooting instructor per discipline before the BCF shoot to compete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To qualify for a state shoot you must participate in a county shoot. This portion is NOT provided by 4-H.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All Boulder County 4-H Shooting Sports members must have a Colorado Hunter Safety Education Card and bring the card to the county shoot-off.
