General Information:

The 2014 Forum registration will be open October 13-26, 2014. The current tentative agenda and hotel list is now available from a link on the CSUE website – Faculty and Staff Resources page. Again this year, Forum begins with the 4-H content area. PRUs will meet throughout the week with optional breakout sessions provided for employees not involved in a PRU session. The annual Reception and Awards & Recognition Banquet will be at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, November 11 at the Fort Collins Hilton. A Networking Luncheon and Poster Session will occur on Thursday at noon. Please click here for links to this year’s agenda

Registration:

When registration opens (on October 13), please CLICK HERE TO REGISTER ON LINE. The registration fee of $140 includes the awards banquet, LIGHT continental breakfast and snacks each day, and Thursday buffet lunch. The registration fee has increased to cover the cost of rooms which we now must pay for at the Lory Student Center. Professional association membership dues, banquet fees, and meeting/lunch costs may also be paid for through your registration.

PLEASE NOTE: Your electronic registration must be received before 12 midnight on October 26. Please be sure to print a copy of your registration BEFORE submitting it, and be sure to SUBMIT when you are finished. If your registration is not received by October 26, a late fee of $50 will be assessed. Your payment may be sent by mail, but please indicate method of payment on the on-line form. Also, indicate on the check for whom the payment is being made. If you have problems with the registration process, please call Joy Bauder at (970) 491-3887. A $50.00 processing fee will be assessed if cancellation is not received by November 4, 2014.

Hotels:

Please make your own hotel reservations. A list of hotels and rates (CSU rates if available) is available at the URL listed above.

Maps:

Click here for maps. For those who have never attended a Forum before, the majority of activities take place on campus in ballrooms or meeting rooms in the Lory Student Center.

Parking on Campus:

If you do not have a current “A” parking permit for your vehicle, you MUST either purchase a temporary daily permit ($8 per day) for each day you will be parking on campus or park in metered spaces at $1.25/hour (enforcement ends at 4 pm). You can purchase the daily permits at Parking Services PRIOR to parking on campus. The Parking Services office is located in the southwest corner of the Lake Street Garage, located at 1508 Center Avenue (on the corner of Prospect Road and Center Avenue). Parking Services is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm. Payment must be made by cash, check, MasterCard or Visa. Vehicles with Colorado state or county government license plates may park in “A” or “Z” lots without purchasing additional permits. Remember that the parking meters always require payment.

We encourage everyone to participate in Forum this year. We look forward to seeing you in November! If you have any questions, please call Sue Harris at 970-491-7866.
