This year, our leadership team, goals, and club calendar were organized quickly, allowing us to get off to a strong and successful start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In April, our club focused on community service, learning new skills and spring cleaning. Club members collected food donations for Loaves and Fishes to help support local families in need. We worked together to clean the 4-H building and prepare it for upcoming activities and events. We also enjoyed a demonstration on cake decorating, where members learned creative decorating techniques and tips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Club reporters: Kelby and Peyton<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important reminders<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drop date is June 1\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you are not able to complete the project this year but want to try again next year you have to drop by June 1st! If you do not drop and do not complete the project you cannot do it again!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fair entry will open June 1\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fair entry is paper only! There is no online fair entry! You must pass the written test in order to show at county fair. <strong>No exceptions!<\/strong> There are two date opportunities to take the test June 3 5:30 p.m. &#8211; 7:30 p.m. or June 4 8 a.m. &#8211; 10:30 a.m. Study guides were emailed to all livestock families. Without the support of local businesses there would be no stock sale for your kids to sell their animals at.
