About our club
Young Guns 4-H Club meets on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm in the Mergelman 4-H Building. Our volunteer leader is Shelly Sabrowski.
We are a “community club” that is a 4-H home base for our members. Our club particularly enjoys planning community service activities together. In the past we have made cupcakes for law enforcement officers, planted the garden outside the 4-H building, and helped oil historic saddles at the Pioneer Museum!
Our club name can be confusing because we do not do 4-H shooting sports in our club meetings. Some of our members are in shooting sports, and others choose from the many other 4-H projects. Project work is separate from our club meetings.
Please contact the Gunnison County Extension Office for more information.
