Sympathy to . . .

The family of Bill Wailes. Bill passed away on Friday, February 26 from a rare and devastating prion disease. He served for many years as the CSU Extension Dairy Specialist. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, March 7 at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 7755 Greenstone Trail in Fort Collins. A reception will follow the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to:

Search committee is reviewing applications. Interviews will be held April 18-19.

El Paso County
Extension Agent, Family & Consumer Sciences, #03-16
Briana Rockler has accepted the position effective March 14. Briana earned a B.A.in biology from the University of Colorado and a master’s degree in public health from Kansas State University. She has worked with KSU Extension as a health program coordinator and health consultant since 2012.

Gilpin County
Extension Program Associate, .40 FTE, #23-15
Kirsten Springer has accepted the position effective March 1. Kirsten earned a B.A. in elementary education and a B.S. in recreation from the University of Wyoming. She also has a M.S. in recreation resources from CSU. She previously worked in the recreation and environmental education industries.
