4-H Projects
Mechanical Sciences
4‑H Mechanical Sciences projects introduce youth to the inner workings of tools, machines, and modern technology through hands‑on exploration and problem‑solving activities. Participants build practical abilities in areas like small engine repair, woodworking, robotics, electricity, and metalwork. By tackling projects such as troubleshooting engines, creating basic electrical circuits, or designing and coding robots, young people strengthen their confidence, practice safe workmanship, and gain a deeper understanding of the mechanical systems that support everyday life.
