  • Unit 1 – Crank It Up! introduces beginners to basic engine parts, simple repairs, routine maintenance, and the importance of safety and using manuals correctly.
  • Unit 2 – Warm It Up! explores different types of engines, internal components, specialized tools, engine size and compression, and even small business possibilities.
  • Unit 3 – Tune It Up! focuses on advanced skills such as engine teardown, rebuilding, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and proper long‑term care.
  • Unit 4 – Advanced Small Engines encourages youth to design and complete independent projects, take on junior leadership, and build strong technical and problem‑solving abilities.
