4-H Leadership Project
In the Leadership Skills You Never Outgrow unit, Junior members begin by building character through activities that strengthen self‑awareness, communication, teamwork, and decision‑making.
Leadership Road Trip and Put Leadership to Practice guide Intermediate and Senior members in applying these abilities by completing hands‑on activities, reflecting on what they learned or the challenges they faced, and setting personal goals to continue growing as leaders.
In Refining Leadership Skills and Community Service, Senior members focus on advanced leadership by supporting others, completing all project tasks, identifying and pursuing additional goals, and planning and carrying out a community service project.
