Gardening & Horticulture
The CSU Extension Horticulture program is the go-to resource for science-based information on your yard, garden, landscape, trees, plants, and insects in Arapahoe County.

Arapahoe Master Gardeners
In Arapahoe County, a dedicated group of approximately 120 Colorado Master Gardener (CMG) volunteers serve nearly 7,000 residents annually by answering questions and providing gardening education. We are committed to using horticulture to empower gardeners, develop partnerships and build stronger communities.
Demonstration/Community gardens
Explore the network of gardens across Arapahoe County, made possible through the dedication of Arapahoe Master Gardeners and strong community partnerships. These spaces showcase research‑based practices, provide hands‑on learning opportunities, and demonstrate sustainable gardening in action.
