The Horse Project is committed to providing a safe riding experience for both the rider and the horse. 4-H requires a helmet to be worn at all times while in a 4-H practice, show or other sanctioned horseback event. You are not required to own a horse. A lease is acceptable. However, all requirements remain the same. Parent/guardian must attend every riding practice to ensure the safety of all.
