Elbert County Extension
CSU Extension specialists serve all 64 counties in Colorado, working alongside communities to address local needs, share knowledge, and co-create solutions to help individuals and communities thrive.
Our dedicated staff connects community members to programs, resources, and expertise on a wide range of topics and tailored to the unique needs of the the Elbert County area. From 4-H youth development to sustainable landscaping, gardening, health and well-being, food systems and more, CSU Extension is your local resource for trusted information and actionable solutions.

Our mission and priorities
Community needs drive our work. Our mission is to provide information and education, and encourage the application of research-based knowledge in response to local, state, and national issues affecting individuals, youth, families, agricultural enterprises and communities of Colorado.
We are part of the land-grant university system nationwide. We draw from the University’s research-based resources to strengthen community partnerships, boost the economy, engage families and youth, and enhance our quality of life.
