Gunnison County 4-H
4-H is America’s largest youth development organization—empowering nearly six million young people across the U.S. with the skills to lead for a lifetime. We believe that every child has valuable strengths and real influence to improve the world around us. 4-H programs empower young people to be well-informed citizens, actively engaged in their communities and the world.
Food Safety Training
According to the CDC, each year in the US, foodborne illnesses cause 48 million people to become sick and 128,000 people to be hospitalized. This means 1 in 6 Americans will get a foodborne illness each year. We work to promote food safety and prevent foodborne illnesses by providing educational opportunities for both restaurants and the community.

Colorado AgrAbility Project
The Colorado AgrAbility Project has worked to promote independence and enhance quality of life for agriculture producers in rural Colorado for more than 25 years.
