Soil testing Info
Soil testing services are provided by the CSU state lab. Jefferson County no longer provides testing kits. Please place your soil in a plastic or waterproof paper bag. Once you have filled out and printed your submittal form, include it with your sample and mail or deliver to:
CSU Spur Soil, Water and Plant, Testing Lab, Room T-316
4780 National Western Drive
Denver, CO 80216
Visit the CSU Soil Testing Lab for more information.
Lawncheck
Lawn problems are the number one concern brought to Colorado State University Extension offices in the counties along the Front Range. As a result, CSU Lawncheck, a service that provides onsite assessment of lawns with recommendations for improving the lawn and solving lawn problems, was born.
If you are struggling with lawn issues in Jefferson County, book a CSU Lawncheck visit with us. One-hour visits are $75 + mileage.
