Jordan Lambert
CSU Director of Agricultural Innovation and Partnerships
Public speaking and confident leadership are among the skills Jordan Lambert started her youth development journey early as a Cloverbud in 4-H, showing bottle calves in the 4-H program for 5- to 7-year-olds. She went on to show horses for 11 years, and dairy heifers for five years, along with projects in ceramics and leatherworking.
Fast forward to today and Lambert still finds herself leaning on the 4-H skills, experience and knowledge that never go away once a 4-H’er becomes a working adult.
“I love talking about science, and 4-H opened the door for me to do that.”

4-H gives you a community. It gives you people that you know are there for you and they want the best for you, and they want to help you succeed.”
