About Event
The Garfield County Fair & Rodeo takes place each year at the Garfield County Fairgrounds in Rifle, Colorado. The 88th annual event starts August 1, 2026 with a parade down Railroad Avenue, followed by main events on August 4-8. Fun, excitement, and pride in our western heritage will be on full display. This year’s theme, “Red, White and Blue – A Fair for you!” honors 88 years of Fair tradition, 150 years of Colorado statehood, 110 years of 4-H, and the 250 year anniversary of the United States of America!
