The 2026 Baca County Fair and Rodeo begins July 26 with the Baca County Shoot starting at 8 a.m. at the Cat Creek Shooting Range. Monday is general project day in the Minnick building where members will bring their projects and interview with a judge. Tuesday is Horse show day. Wednesday is Sheep and Swine show day. Thursday is Beef and Goat show day. Friday is the large and small animal Round Robin showmanship contests along with the Junior Livestock Premium Sale. Saturday is the Baca County Fair and Rodeo Parade to round out the fair.
