The unique culture of ENOR
What sets ENOR Camp apart from other outdoor summer programs is our strong commitment to environmental education, active outdoor experiences, genuine care, and community partnerships.
Focus: At ENOR, we go beyond simple recreation. Our primary goal is to inspire a deeper understanding of the environment and foster youth development. Each day is centered around engaging themes that blend science, math, history, art, drama, and teamwork, creating a dynamic and enriching learning environment for every camper.
Outdoor adventure: Campers spend each day hiking through beautiful local parks and open spaces, staying physically active while developing resilience and a lifelong love of nature. Every day offers a new trail and a new opportunity to explore.
Care: Each camper is paired with a dedicated educator for the entire week, building strong, supportive relationships in a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
Partnerships: Our valued partnerships with local experts and organizations bring specialized knowledge and unique experiences to camp, broadening horizons and deepening learning.
ENOR Camp is a licensed day care program through the State of Colorado, ensuring high standards for safety and programming.

Creating an inclusive camp community
At ENOR, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all campers. To support this goal, we do not accommodate friend grouping requests. While we understand the desire for campers to be with familiar faces, grouping based on friendships can unintentionally create cliques and make it harder for others to feel included.
Our camp structure includes a balance of small and large group activities throughout the day, giving campers plenty of opportunities to connect with both new peers and those they may already know.
Thank you for your understanding and support as we work to ensure every camper feels valued, included, and part of the ENOR community.
ADA information
Due to the outdoor venue and physical nature of the program, children must be sighted and ambulatory to attend camp. There are several hikes that are not suitable for non-sighted children as they are steep with loose rocks, posing an accident hazard to the child. Reasonable accommodation will be made for children with disabilities other than those previously mentioned.
Children with specialized medical needs: Our instructors are not specifically trained to manage specialized medical conditions. If your child requires specialized medical or mental health attention, please contact the camp coordinator in advance of registering to discuss potential accommodation. Decisions will be made in collaboration with families, the camp nurse, and in accordance with Colorado State University’s accommodation policies. Our top priority is the child’s safety and ability to have a fun and successful camp week. ENOR complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Nurse Practice Act.
