In fact, there is an entire line of fresh market, CSU-bred potatoes that are virtually unknown to farmers markets, CSAs, produce stands, restaurants, and other direct-to-consumer markets.
Now you can get this regionally adapted potato “seed” from CSU for direct-to-consumer sales and home gardener use!

How to place an order
To order, please fill out a request form and specify how many pounds of each variety you would like to order. Our staff will then confirm availability and reply with an invoice number and payment link.
Estimated shipping costs:
$25 for 10 lbs. | $40 for 25 lbs. | $70 for 50 lbs.
Final shipping costs may vary and are calculated when invoices are generated.

Our supplies are seasonal and limited. All our seed potatoes have been inspected and fully certified by the Colorado Potato Certification Service, so you can expect the highest quality potatoes.
Shipping Policy
All potatoes are shipped in 10, 25, or 50-pound units via UPS. For large bulk ordering options, please inquire via the contact form. We cannot provide exact quotes for shipping cost without an address and order quantity, as shipping cost varies by distance and weight.

Planting Recommendations
When planted in rows 36” apart and 12” between plants in row, 10 lbs. will seed 80–100 feet, 110 lbs. will seed 1,000 feet, and 1,600 lbs. will seed an acre.
Numbered line selections
For those interested in growing numbered line selections, please note, you cannot resell numbered lines of seed potatoes as seed potatoes without express written permission from CSU.

Masquerade
A bi-color skin potato with yellow flesh, “the most flavorful potato on the market”
- Tubers: Round tubers with purple and white skin and yellow flesh
- Maturity: Medium

- Resistance: PVY, hollow heart, second growth, blackspot bruise, shatter bruise
- Plant: Very large, erect with dark purple flowers
Midnight Moon
Purple skin with yellow flesh, this potato looks great in a medley blend or roasted as a side next to your favorite dish.
