Fruit Smoothie

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

1½ -2 cups your favorite frozen fruit
1 banana
½ cup plain yogurt
1 cup milk
1 handful of spinach (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender.
  2. Blend until smoothie, scraping down the sides as necessary.

Tips:

  • Substitute fruits you have on-hand. If you use fresh fruit, you may need to add a few ice cubes.
  • Substitute the plain yogurt with your favorite flavor.
