He also worked as a research supervisor/lab manager for Federal University of Santa Maria in Brazil.

Personal Information: I was born and raised in Montezuma County, Colorado. The last six years I have been attending school in New Mexico. I have a passion for animals. I enjoy raising beef cattle with my family and convincing my husband there is always room for another dog. I am very excited to be back in my home county and look forward to serving the community that had such a big part in shaping who I am.
Job Experience: Before working for Montezuma County Extension, I attended school fulltime however the past three years I have done legal research for various entities such as New Mexico Office of the State Engineer, Kentucky Racehorse Commission, and the University of New Mexico School of Law. Two years before that I worked for a Pecan Retailer/Wholesaler in New Mexico during the school year and clerked for a Colorado County Court Judge during the summers.

Name: Sarah Schweig

Personal Information: I was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee and lived a number of places before my recent move to Colorado. I love getting to know new communities, and I’m excited to be a part of CSU Extension in Broomfield. I typically spend my free time exploring the outdoors or immersed in home improvement and gardening projects.
Job Experience: Prior to joining CSU Extension, I conducted research at the Rhode Island Agricultural Experiment Station focused on the production and marketing of traditional ethnic crops. My previous experience includes landscaping and greenhouse production, youth education, and volunteer program management.
