Congratulations to . . .
Mary Small received a grant from the Colorado Garden Foundation in the amount of $5000 for the Colorado Master Gardener program.
Sympathy to the family of . . .
Sharon Moore, who passed away on May 27. Sharon was the CSU Colorado Master Gardener Coordinator in Adams County from 1980 until she retired in November of 2015. A Celebration and Sharing of Sharon’s life will be held at Adams County Fairgrounds, 9755 Henderson Rd., Brighton, CO 80601, in the Garden west of the “Waymire” Dome on Thursday, June 2, at 4:00pm. Tabor-Rice Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. In keeping with Sharon’s passion of adding color and making the world beautiful, rather than a contribution the family asks that everyone in Memory of Sharon Moore, plant a flower, or a tree (or even an onion)!
