Personal Information: I am part of a sixth generation ranching family from Southeast Colorado. I enjoy spending time outdoors with my kids doing everything from digging in the dirt, to chasing cows, to riding bikes.
Job Experience: Prior to working with Extension, I owned and operated an environmental consulting business specializing in environmental permitting and rangeland/riparian restoration.

Personal Information: I am originally from Northern Colorado and recently moved back after living in Pittsburgh, PA for six years. In my spare time, I love exploring the great outdoors and riding my bike. I enjoy growing unique produce, learning about other cultures and finding community through food.
Job Experience: I’ve had some diverse job experiences including urban farming, cheese mongering and managing a craft distillery. I’ve served as a Cooking Matters instructor in both Colorado and Pennsylvania since 2011. And most recently, I created a teaching kitchen program for a YMCA in Pittsburgh. With experience in culinary nutrition, community development and food systems, I am looking forward to giving back to my home community of Weld County through food and nutrition education.
